Requirements for Manager Jobs In Tech Mahindra :-
- Should be good in analytics and work proactively. Knowledge about TechM internal processes and tools. Basic Understanding of working in MS Office Ability to do multi tasking. Responsible for updating & maintaining trackers for BW resources and Allocations Knowledge about SAP tool to create PO/PRs etc Experience in working with RMG/TMG for resource allocations and understanding of Lateral/Direct/Subcon Hiring. Ensure allocation is being tracked on regular basis Follow up on Allocation / De allocation resources SO Creation, JO Creation with help of RMG & TMG team. Follow up on resources project current date/ Future date / Backdated Allocations. Resource tracking and update the trackers on regular interval . Assisting in internal, Lateral or Subcon hiring and follow with respective SPOC till closure. Prepare reports/dashboard for internal reviews and capture action items Good Written and Verbal Communications skills Able to work independently and as part of a team
